Mr. Hodges currently serves as the CEO of Arcadia resorts and a Managing Partner at TDZ Capital. During his 20 year career in the hospitality space he has served in roles with Capital Resorts Group, Grand Crowne Resorts and Bluegreen Corporation. At Bluegreen, Alex oversaw different regional timeshare sales and marketing business units which annually represented more than $150 million in sales. During his more than a decade at Bluegreen the company grew from $26mm in annual sales to over $500mm. From 2011 to 2017 Mr. Hodges served as the CSO of Capital Resorts after his career with Bluegreen Vacation Club. During his tenure at Capital Resorts Group he was responsible for developing all aspects of the business from Sales, Finance to overall company health. In 2017 Mr. Hodges sold his interest in Capital and started a series of new ventures at his departure Capital Resorts Group owned or managed 75 resorts spread across the US and the Caribbean.
